At the event staged at the Lotte Hotel in Hanoi on October 19, 2018, TST Tourist was honored for the third time in a row to receive The Guide Awards 2017-2018. The 19th award ceremony was organized by the Vietnam Economic Times to give credit to the leading brands in the travel industry of Vietnam.
The Guide is an annual set of awards voted by readers of The Guide, a publication of the Vietnam Economic Times, and presented to typical travel firms with significant achievements and contributions to the development of Vietnam’s tourism. The Guide 2017-2018 is an honor, and also a great responsibility of all executives and employees at TST Tourist, prompting us to constantly improve the quality of our service and professionalism in response to the trust of readers, including a large number of foreigners living in Vietnam who have used TST Tourist services.
Not only contributing to the development of HCMC’s tourism in particular and Vietnam’s tourism in general, TST Tourist is also actively supporting and participating in many voluntary activities, with the aim of doing business with responsibility towards the community. Specifically, TST Tourist has accompanied and organized a series of events such as: contributing to the program “Donations for Tet 2015 and 2016”; participating in the fund “For dear Hoang Sa and Truong Sa 2015”; taking part in humanitarian and charitable activities in Soc Trang and Hau Giang, contributing to the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund for the period of 2015-2016; organizing voluntary programs through “the TST Tourist Fund for Community” at the Linh Xuan Center for Child Care and Protection, the HCMC Vocational Training Center for People with Disabilities and Orphans, etc.
Besides, TST Tourist has won many awards voted by readers of several newspapers and media agencies, such as: “The Most Popular Vietnamese Brand” from Sai Gon Giai Phong, the Vietnam Travel Awards in the category “Vietnam’s Leading Outbound Tour Operator” from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the HCMC Top Travel Brands award from the HCMC Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; certifications from the Malaysia Ministry of Tourism, the Tourism Authority of Thailand, the Korea Tourism Organization, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency, the Ministry of Science and Technology; certificates of merit from the HCMC People’s Committee, the Dong Thap People’s Committee, and the People’s Committee of District 3, HCMC.
